Questions, corrections, feature ideas, or just a note to say the site helped you picture how far away Neptune actually is — all of it is welcome.

This is the fastest way to reach the team behind Distance to Planets. Write to this address for:
- Corrections to a distance, date, or figure shown on the site
- Bug reports — screenshots and browser/device details are always appreciated
- Feature suggestions or requests for a body, event, or view we don't yet cover
- Press, partnership, or general enquiries
- Privacy questions, or requests relating to your data
What to expect
The site is maintained by a small, independent team, so replies are handled personally rather than through a support desk. Most messages get a response within a few days; more involved technical questions may take a little longer.
Before you write in
If you've spotted a number that looks off, it helps to include the two bodies involved and roughly what time you viewed the page — orbital positions shift continuously, so a distance that looked wrong at a glance is sometimes just a different moment in the orbit. If it's still off after that, we'd like to know.
